Judi developed her trial skills first as a plaintiff’s trial lawyer at the Walkup Office,
specializing in Dalkon Shield and other complex drug products litigation. She then applied
those trial skills to a different field of law as VP/Regional Counsel at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE),
where she advised and defended agents and learned the commercial real estate industry from the
inside out. Since founding Rentschler / Tursi LLP in 1996, she has represented landlords and
tenants, property sellers, buyers and developers in their real estate transactions and property
holdings, and continues to advise and represent real estate brokers and agents.
Judi is author of California Retail Leases Line by Line, published by Thomson West, the pre-eminent
publisher of legal treatises and business topics for C-Level executives. Read more about this book in Resources.
